Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ajat Srishti, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, digital contents, and instant-access online assets. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Because our platform utilizes automated fulfillment systems, orders for digital products and instant access credentials cannot be canceled once the payment processing sequence is complete.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the digital and instant nature of our products (including downloadable assets, digital content files, and online portal access), all sales are final. Once digital data or access links have been provisioned and delivered to the user, the product cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds or chargebacks once access is granted.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We only evaluate refund requests under the following two strict conditions:

1. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice within a 24-hour window, we will cancel and refund the duplicate transaction.
2. Permanent Technical Failure: If a proven technical defect on our server side prevents your access credentials from working, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report, a full refund may be issued.

4. Refund Processing Window

In the rare event that an exceptional refund is approved by our management team:
The refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Netbanking).
The standard processing window for the funds to reflect in your account is 5 to 7 business days, in strict compliance with standard banking turnaround times.

5. Contact Support

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, or if you believe you have a valid claim for a duplicate purchase refund, please open a support request immediately.

Grievance Acknowledgment: All incoming support communications are acknowledged automatically or by our intake team within 24 hours of receipt. Review & Resolution Timeline: Due to the nature of digital asset provisioning, our support desk thoroughly reviews and resolves all access credential or payment queries within 5 to 7 business days (one week's time) from the date of acknowledgment.
