Access to Ajat Srishti offerings is delivered digitally, usually to the email used during checkout.
If you've completed a payment and haven't received access, or if something feels unclear, write to us and we'll look into it.

Where will I receive my access details?
Access details are shown immediately after payment and are also included in your Razorpay receipt email.
Are refunds available?
Because access to the Clarity Reference is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once access has been provided.
Payment confirmations
Receipts are sent automatically after payment.
If you’re unsure whether a payment went through, or if you need a receipt reissued, write with the email you used during checkout and the name of the offering.
Can I pay in installments?
Installment plans — Coming Soon
When available, installment plans will provide immediate lifetime access to the full reference.
Details will be shared when the option becomes available.
About refunds
Ajat Srishti offers digital experiences that are delivered immediately upon access.
If there was a genuine issue with payment or access, or if something feels misaligned, you’re welcome to write.
Refunds are not treated as transactions to be defended, but as conversations to be understood.
Installment commitments themselves are not cancellable once activated.
Each request is considered with care, on a case-by-case basis.
